Refunds apply only to qualifying real payments. Promotional, reward, test, referral, and compensation credit has no refundable cash value.
Consumed API usage
Credit already consumed by completed API requests is generally non-refundable because upstream and operational costs have already been incurred.
Unused paid balance
You may request manual review of unused real-payment balance. Approval depends on account standing, payment status, consumption, fraud indicators, processor rules, and applicable law. We do not guarantee approval.
Non-refundable credit
- Promotional and registration credit.
- Referral rewards.
- Test, compensation, or manually granted quota.
- Credit that did not result from a settled real payment.
Full and partial refunds
A full refund or chargeback can revoke paid model access when the account has no other valid real payment. A partial refund does not automatically revoke model access. Refund processing must not create a negative balance or alter content already generated.
Timing and request process
Email support@useinfergate.com with the account email, payment reference, amount, and reason. Processing times are estimates. Waffo, card issuers, banks, and other payment providers may require additional time.
