Refund Policy

This policy applies to InferGate digital API credits, paid balance, and usage-based API gateway services.

Digital API credits

InferGate provides a usage-based API service. Paid balance and top-ups are digital API credits used for eligible API consumption, including model requests routed through the InferGate gateway.

Unused paid balance

Unused paid balance may be eligible for manual refund review. Eligibility depends on account status, payment records, usage history, fraud checks, chargeback status, and compliance with the Terms of Service.

Consumed usage

Used credits and completed API consumption are generally not refundable because computing, routing, and upstream service costs may already have been incurred.

Promotional credits

Promotional, bonus, trial, test, or complimentary credits are usually not refundable and may expire or be removed according to campaign or account terms.

Abuse accounts

Accounts involved in abuse, fraud, policy violations, payment disputes, credential sharing, or security risk may be suspended and may be ineligible for refunds.

How to request a refund

Contact support@useinfergate.com with your account email, payment reference if available, requested refund amount, and reason for the request.

Processing time

After a refund is approved, processing usually takes 5-10 business days. Actual timing may depend on the payment provider, card issuer, bank, or other payment rail involved.
