InferGate is a digital API credits and usage-based service. Paid balance is consumed by eligible API requests. The Dashboard is the source of truth for final pricing, available models, quota, limits, and balance rules.
How credits work
Start with $20 trial credits, then switch to prepaid API credits when ready. Pricing depends on the selected model, provider route, account settings, and current dashboard configuration.

Can I request a refund?
Unused paid balance may be eligible for manual review. Used credits and consumed API usage are generally not refundable.
What happens to unused balance?
Unused paid balance remains available for eligible API consumption unless your account is closed, suspended, refunded, or otherwise restricted under the Terms.
Are promotional credits refundable?
No. Promotional, bonus, trial, or test credits are usually not refundable and may expire or be removed according to campaign terms.
What about abuse accounts?
Accounts involved in fraud, abuse, policy violations, chargebacks, or security risk may be suspended and may be ineligible for refunds.
Is every model always available?
No. Model availability depends on account settings, enabled channels, upstream availability, compliance checks, and current dashboard configuration.
Are rate limits fixed?
Rate limits may vary by plan, account history, payment status, model, routing channel, abuse controls, and operational constraints.
