InferGate collects only the account, usage, payment-reference, and security data needed to operate and protect the service. We do not sell personal data.
Data we collect
- Account details and authentication records, including email and security settings.
- API request metadata, model selection, token or usage counts, timestamps, request IDs, status, and billing records.
- Payment references and settlement status from processors such as Waffo. InferGate does not store complete card numbers.
- IP, device, browser, login, and security signals used to prevent fraud and protect accounts. IP and device identifiers may be stored as HMAC-derived or encrypted values.
- Cloudflare Turnstile results, essential security cookies, and trusted-device cookies.
- Support messages, appeals, and account requests you submit.
How we use data
We use data to authenticate users, route and meter API requests, show usage and balance, settle payments, prevent abuse, investigate failures, enforce policies, provide support, and meet legal obligations.
Limited high-risk content review
When behavioral evidence indicates high risk, a limited recent content sample may be automatically reviewed after redaction. This review supports, but does not replace, non-content risk evidence. We do not use these samples for advertising.
Processors and disclosure
We share the minimum necessary data with infrastructure, security, model-routing, and payment providers, including Cloudflare and Waffo, or when required by law. Each provider handles data under its own terms.
Retention and security
Retention varies by data type, security need, payment dispute window, and legal obligation. Security identifiers may be hashed or encrypted. No system is absolutely secure, so we do not promise protection against every possible event.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, deletion, or review by emailing support@useinfergate.com. Some records may be retained for security, fraud prevention, financial reconciliation, audits, disputes, or legal requirements. You may also appeal automated account actions.
