These terms govern InferGate accounts, Dashboard access, API Keys, promotional credit, prepaid balance, model access, and API use.
Service and independence
InferGate is an independent unified AI API gateway. It is not operated, sponsored, or endorsed by OpenAI or any other model provider. Provider and model names are used only to describe compatibility and routing.
Accounts and credentials
- Provide accurate registration information.
- Keep API Keys, passwords, MFA codes, recovery codes, cookies, and sessions confidential.
- Do not share, resell, publish, or abuse InferGate credentials.
- You are responsible for traffic sent with your credentials until you report compromise.
Free experience and promotional credit
Free access is not guaranteed to remain unchanged. An eligible new user may receive promotional credit of up to $20 after security and abuse-prevention checks. Multiple accounts, shared device or IP reward arbitrage, evasion, or links to confirmed abuse may cause reward denial or account restriction. InferGate does not publish internal risk thresholds.
Payment, balance, and model access
Paid model access begins only after a real production payment is completed and credited. Promotional, referral, manually added, test, and compensation credit do not constitute real payment. Model availability, pricing, channel availability, quota, and rate limits may change. A paid entitlement can remain after balance reaches zero, subject to refunds and chargebacks.
Acceptable use and enforcement
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy and upstream requirements. Fraud, malware, credential abuse, attempts to evade limits, unlawful content, or material policy violations may result in rate limits, Token disablement, account suspension, or termination. Security controls continue to apply to Root and paid users.
Availability and changes
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or permanent access to any model or channel. Maintenance, upstream changes, security controls, legal requirements, and capacity can affect availability.
