InferGate provides OpenAI-compatible API access, unified AI API gateway capabilities, multi-model routing, API key management, usage tracking, balance management, and dashboard/API console tools for developers and SaaS teams.
Independent service
InferGate is independent and is not operated by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, or any model provider. References to providers, models, APIs, or compatibility are for integration and interoperability purposes only.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for your account, API keys, application traffic, and all activity under your credentials. Keep API keys server-side and notify us promptly about suspected compromise.
Credits, balance, subscriptions, and top-ups
InferGate may offer digital API credits, paid balance, subscriptions, or top-ups for usage-based API consumption. Credits and balance are applied to eligible API usage according to the pricing, model availability, limits, and account terms shown in the Dashboard. The Dashboard is the source of truth at the time of use.
Acceptable use
You may not use InferGate for illegal activity, malware, spam, fraud, credential theft, evading rate limits, attacking systems, scraping sensitive data, child exploitation, harassment, policy evasion, or violating upstream provider policies.
Availability and limits
The service may be affected by upstream model providers, network conditions, maintenance, security controls, abuse prevention, account limits, payment status, and provider policy changes. InferGate may modify routing, availability, rate limits, or access controls to protect the service.
Suspension and termination
Abuse, suspected fraud, security risk, payment issues, chargebacks, or violation of these terms may lead to account suspension, API key restriction, usage limits, or termination.
